We stand behind these Products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@homefrontguides.com within 30 days of purchase with: (1) your order number or transaction reference, and (2) the email address used at checkout. We will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

EU/EEA Consumer Right of Withdrawal

EU and EEA consumers who did NOT consent to immediate digital delivery at checkout retain a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. If this applies to you, contact us at support@homefrontguides.com to exercise this right.

However, if you consented to immediate delivery at checkout, as captured in the clickwrap agreement, the right of withdrawal is forfeited upon download, and this 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies instead.

License Revocation

Upon issuance of a refund, your license to use the Products is immediately revoked. You must permanently delete all downloaded files from all devices. By accepting a refund, you confirm that deletion has been completed. The Company may request written confirmation of deletion where reasonably necessary.

Refund Abuse

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to constitute bad-faith abuse of this policy, for example, a pattern of purchasing and immediately refunding. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable mandatory law.

What This Policy Is Not

This 30-day money-back guarantee is a satisfaction guarantee only. It does not create any warranty, representation, or guarantee of results, outcomes, safety, or fitness for purpose beyond the terms stated in the Terms of Service above.
