By purchasing and using the Products, you acknowledge that home maintenance, fireplaces, chimneys, heating systems, roofwork, and related household systems involve inherent dangers, including but not limited to falls from heights, exposure to carbon monoxide and combustion byproducts, fire hazards, scalding from hot water, and structural risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any bodily injury, property damage, or death that may occur in connection with your use of the Products or any actions you take or fail to take based on their content.
The Products contain cost estimates and price ranges sourced from published industry data. These figures are national averages provided as general reference information only. They are NOT quotes, NOT guarantees of pricing, and NOT a representation of what any specific contractor in your location will charge.
Regional labor markets, home specifications, local code requirements, material costs, and contractor availability vary significantly. In some markets, actual prices may differ from the ranges provided by 50% or more in either direction. You must obtain multiple written quotes from licensed local contractors before authorizing any work. Do not rely on the pricing figures in these Products as the basis for any financial decision, contract dispute, or refusal to pay a legitimate contractor invoice.
The Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, currentness, or non-infringement. This disclaimer is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. The Company makes no warranty that the Products will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the information contained is suitable for your specific circumstances. Your use of the Products is entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SIA LENIS J, its owners, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for property damage, personal injury, wrongful death, loss of profits, loss of data, fire damage, structural damage, or any other harm arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Products, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
SIA LENIS J's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products shall not exceed the actual purchase price you paid for the specific Product from which the claim arises.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Note for EU/EEA consumers: Nothing in this section limits or excludes any liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable mandatory law in your country of residence, including liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company’s gross negligence or fraud.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SIA LENIS J and its owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the Products; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any actions you take or fail to take based on the content of the Products; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
Upon purchase and subject to your compliance with these Terms, SIA LENIS J grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Products for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may NOT: resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or transfer the Products to any third party; use the Products for commercial purposes; reproduce or publish substantial portions of the Products publicly; create derivative works based on the Products; or remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
Upon issuance of a refund, this license is immediately and automatically revoked. You must delete all copies of the Products from all devices upon refund.
All content in the Products is owned by SIA LENIS J and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
SIA LENIS J is registered in the Republic of Latvia, a Member State of the European Union. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data we collect at purchase: name, email address, billing address, and payment transaction reference. We do not store full payment card details. Lawful basis: performance of contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Retention: 7 years for financial records under Latvian accounting law; email address retained until you request deletion.
Your rights under GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction of processing, and the right to object. To exercise these rights: support@homefrontguides.com. We respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate, Datu valsts inspekcija, DVI, at dvi.gov.lv, Elijas iela 17, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia.

If you are an EU or EEA consumer, you ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).
Because these Products are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is forfeited upon commencement of delivery, i.e., upon download or access. This consent is captured through the checkout clickwrap agreement.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence that cannot be lawfully excluded by contract.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you have under mandatory applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence, including but not limited to: EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU; EU Unfair Contract Terms Directive 93/13/EEC; any applicable national consumer protection legislation; or any equivalent protections in your jurisdiction. To the extent any provision of these Terms conflicts with such mandatory rights, the mandatory rights prevail.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Nothing in this clause deprives EU/EEA consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your purchase, or the Products shall first be subject to informal resolution: notify us at support@homefrontguides.com with a description of the dispute. We will attempt to resolve it within 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be determined by binding individual arbitration administered by the Latvian Court of Arbitration, Latvijas Šķīrējtiesa, lca.lv, under its rules, conducted remotely in English.
Class Action Waiver: You and SIA LENIS J agree that each may bring claims only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. This waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable mandatory law and may not apply to EU/EEA consumers where mandatory consumer protection law prohibits such waivers.
EU Consumer Note: EU consumers retain the right to bring claims before the courts of their country of residence and to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform, ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, regardless of the arbitration clause above, to the extent required by mandatory EU law.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Products and supersede all prior agreements.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
Updates: We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after notice of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
